Qualified applicants must have a degree in Accounting and 2 years of experience, preferably in mortgage accounting.
Job duties include the following:
- Booking and reconciling incoming loans
- Securities Accounting
- Construction Account Maintenance
- Profitability analysis reports/board reports
- Compliance reporting
- Auditing of mortgage functions
- Assisting with exam preparation
- Booking hedging gains or losses
- Interpretations of FASB and regulatory changes
